India has one of the largest youth populations<\/strong> in the world, yet it also faces one of the highest youth unemployment rates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy<\/strong><\/a> (CMIE)<\/strong>, unemployment among young Indians (ages 20\u201324) has been over 44%<\/strong> in recent years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each year, lakhs of students graduate with degrees. But only a small fraction lands on jobs<\/strong>, and even fewer are truly job-ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, 55% of students<\/strong><\/a> find themselves lost in a job market that demands more than just certificates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s the Real Problem?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Today, every company expects students to be job-ready from Day 1.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the reality is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Most students finish college with theoretical knowledge<\/strong>, not practical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

            Yet many students stop learning the moment college ends. That\u2019s where the real problem begins, because in truth, real learning starts once formal education ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Back in 2022, we saw two major issues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • 6 months of internship<\/strong> working on real-world projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n
